Stephen Bradfield Managing Director | Principal Consultant
With more than 25 years of experience across aged care, health, government, Defence, education and the not for profit sector, Stephen brings a practical and experienced approach to complex workplace challenges. His background spans executive leadership, human resources, workplace mental health, critical incident management, organisational reform and leadership development.
Stephen specialises in helping leaders understand complex workplace and cultural dynamics, identify underlying issues and turn insight into practical action. He is particularly skilled at working alongside leaders and their teams to implement solutions that address the source of problems, strengthen alignment and support sustainable cultural change.
His work is driven by a belief that strong leadership, healthy workplace cultures and employee wellbeing are fundamental to both people and organisational performance.
Red Earth is also supported by Jo Bradfield, Director, who plays an important role in the management and administration of the business and contributes specialist expertise to selected consulting engagements. As a Registered Nurse and Midwife with experience in intensive care, Jo brings valuable insight into the demands of working in high pressure team environments.
